What is Capacity ?

Capacity is a non-profit association and a start-up incubator facilitating the economic and social inclusion of persons with a refugee and migrant background into a sustainable Swiss economy and society.

This bi-lingual (English/French) session on transferable skills is an initiative to support refugees recently arrived in Switzerland as well as the wider refugee and migrant community in French speaking Switzerland with their integration in the Swiss Labour Market.

Requirements

✔️ Refugee or migrant background (primarily from Non-EU/EFTA-countries or from countries, that are threatened by humanitarian disasters)

✔️ Higher Education Degree: min. BA University degree, equivalent, or higher

✔️ At least 3 years of professional experience

✔️ At least B2 level French OR English language skills

✔️ Intensively looking for a job

✔️ Commitment to actively participate during the session

✔️ Availability to join a 3-hour session in person in Nyon on 30.10.2026.
